ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
We’re excited to present a brand-new venture as we reimagine the joy of a Hospitality holiday and transform a renowned getaway location into a Drum & Bass village! We’re headed to the South Coast to host FOUR indoor arenas as we invite your favourite labels, brands + sound systems for a weekend of high-energy DNB sonics.
We’ll be taking over the full site, so you’ll be surrounded by the incredible community, soundtracked by the full spectrum of unmissable artists spanning our scene.

Accomodation / ticket
If a room’s not quite enough but a kitchen’s too much, the deluxe suites are the perfect in-between with extra space for relaxing.
Included in your suite:
- One bedroom with double or twin beds
- Bathroom with shower over bath & complimentary toiletries.
- Lounge area with TV
- All suites come with towels included, free Essential WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge
- One bedroom suites are located on the ground floor with access to the bedroom upstairs, three bedrooms suites are located over two floors
- Our 2 and 4 person hotel rooms feature 1 or 2 bedrooms with double, twin, or adult bunk beds.
- All rooms include tea making facilities, a chiller, and free towels.
- Located in the Ocean Hotel, Shoreline Hotel, and Wave Hotel, these rooms are close to the music arena.
- Some fully adapted, wheelchair-accessible rooms are available.
- Note: not all rooms have a door separating the areas, and sea views are not guaranteed.
These apartments combine the best of both worlds; the luxury of a hotel stay with extra lounge and dining space to give you and your mates a real treat away from home alongside the raving.

The Room Only options are great for budget-conscious ravers who want a place to sleep and shower at the end of a busy day of raving.

- They do not include kitchens and do not have sea views.
The Standard Apartments are decorated in a clean modern style with carpeted floors. They're ideal for a group of mates sticking to a budget, who want a simple living space to enjoy before and after their a day of raving.

- Studio apartment layout with double bed, and twins, single or bunk beds in bedroom
- Bathroom with shower over bath
- Dining area and kitchen that comes equipped with an oven, fridge and kettle
- All apartments come with a TV and free WiFi. Towels are not included

Perfect for using as a base, the Silver Apartments offer you and your mates the flexibility to self-cater and enjoy relaxing in a separate lounge space after a busy day of raving.

- Four berth apartments have one double and one twin bedroom, while 6 and 7 berth apartments have a double, twin, and adult bunk bed.

If you're looking for something bigger than a room, the Gold Apartments are ideal for space and comfort without blowing the budget.

Travel
It’s easy to get to Bognor Regis by car, with the resort just over an hour away from the M25 London orbital motorway and London Gatwick International Airport. We urge as many people as possible to car-share with others coming to the event.
Bognor Regis is roughly an hour away from London Victoria to Bognor Regis train Station. Some services require that you change at Barnham, so be sure to check with National Rail for times and fares. Bognor Regis Railway Station is very close to the town centre, and taxis can be hired from within Bognor Regis Train Station, they cost less than £5.

The local bus service Stagecoach, run regular services from most towns and places surrounding the Bognor Regis area, you can view timetables and fares online here.

Travel sustainably to Hospitality Weekender with like-minded festival-goers. Your carbon-neutral coach will arrive at Butlins in Bognor Regis on Friday and return to your pick-up location on Monday, hassle-free. Gatwick Airport is the nearest international airport, which is about an hour's drive from Bognor Regis, and has a regular train service that runs from the airport to Bognor Regis. Next closest airports are Bournemouth Airport at around 67 miles away from Bognor Regis and Southampton Airport which is only 38 miles away. FAQ
This event is for those aged 18 and over.
You can bring up to:
- 12 x 440ml cans of lager, beer, or cider
- 6L of lager or cider in plastic bottles
- 3L box of wine
- One bottle of spirits (maximum 700ml) per person.
You may only bring alcohol upon arrival; there is no re-entry with alcohol.
There is a supermarket onsite where you can buy alcohol for normal UK retail prices!
We do not allow excessive quantities of alcohol. We will confiscate any excessive alcohol and return it at the end of the weekend. Only drinks purchased at venue bars can be consumed in the venues. There is a zero-tolerance policy on drugs; anyone found with illegal substances will be asked to leave without a refund.
For security reasons, all attendees will be subject to searches. Prohibited items include:
- Illegal or offensive items
- Illegal substances and new psychoactive substances (legal highs)
- Large sound systems
- Tents, gazebos, tables, BBQs, stoves, and gas canisters
- Animals (except assistance dogs)
- Dangerous items (e.g., knives, scissors, flares, fireworks, aerosols, laser pens)
- Chinese lanterns and fireworks
- Bicycles, skateboards, and scooters
- Other items deemed unsafe or a risk to public safety
Prescribed medication is allowed with a doctor's note or valid medical certificate.

Butlins Bognor Regis Upper Bognor Rd, Bognor Regis PO21 1JJ
There are 4 stages.
Accommodation and festival ticket are bundled together. You must stay at Butlins to enjoy the festival.
You pay for the full occupancy rate of the accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying. For example, if you book a 4 berth accommodation, the price will be for 4 people whether you have 1 or 4 people in there.
You can initially add your details. All other information needs to be provided by December 15th, 2024.
Not available due to group booking policy and Butlins conditions
Photo ID is required for all guests at check-in. Acceptable IDs include passports + driving licenses.
Across all bars, we operate a Challenge 25 policy, so please be prepared to show ID if you look under 25.
Wristbands will be issued upon arrival with valid photo ID. Wristbands must be worn at all times and can be replaced if broken. Lost wristbands cost £100 to replace.
All guests must be present with photo ID at check-in; party leaders cannot collect wristbands for the group
Resale of wristbands is prohibited and will result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.
Check-in is from 2 pm (14:00) on Friday 31st January 2025 with access to accommodation from 4 pm (16:00). Last entry is at midnight. All rooms must be vacated by 10 am (10:00) on Monday 3rd February 2025
Lead bookers’ names cannot be changed. After guest details are submitted in early 2025, name changes are possible for a small fee.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Ensure you are committed before making payments. Full refund details are available in the event’s T&Cs.
Booking fees are around £10 per person based on the accommodation’s occupancy level.
For bookings of more than 7, we allocate adjoining apartments or rooms if possible. Different room types must be booked separately. The maximum number of people on one booking is 20; larger groups require separate bookings.
There is parking on site but we encourage car sharing as much as possible due to limited parking space.

All hotel rooms have chillers and hotel apartments have fridges. All self-catering apartments have fridges. Room-only apartments do not have fridges or chillers.
If you require wheelchair access, please let us know by December 15th, 2024 and we will ensure you are accomodated.
All Gold and above self-catering apartments and hotel rooms include towels. Silver bookings do not. Towels can be hired on-site from Guest Services.
